EFFIPRO^® SPRAY 80ml: Fipronil 0.25% w/v Ecto Protection Spray for Dogs and Cats

WHAT IS EFFIPRO™ SPRAY?

EFFIPRO™ SPRAY is an innovative topical spray for pets against fleas and ticks infestations in dogs and cats -- as part of a treatment strategy for the control of the flea bite allergy dermatitis (DAPP). Mechanical pump spray for external use only.

WHY CHOOSE EFFIPRO™ SPRAY?

EFFIPRO™ SPRAY is a topical mechanical pump containing Fipronil for pets against fleas and ticks. It offers a convenient spray-based solution that provides 3-month protection against fleas and one-month protection against ticks. It is safe to use in young ones and even during pregnancy and lactation.

Fipronil 0.25% w/v (2.5mg/ml of Fipronil)

7.5-15ml/kg body weight or 6-12 pump application/kg body weight

INDICATIONS FOR USE

EFFIPRO^® SPRAY can be used for the treatment of flea (Ctenocephalides spp.) and tick (Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus) infestations in dogs and cats.

EFFIPRO^® SPRAY can also be used for the treatment of biting lice infestations in dogs (Trichodectes canis) and cats (Felicola subrostratus).

The product can be used as part of a treatment strategy for the control of the Flea Allergy Dermatitis.

Insecticidal efficacy against new infestations with adult fleas persists for up to 6 weeks in cats and up to 3 months in dogs, depending on environmental challenge.

The product has a persistent acaricidal efficacy for up to 4 weeks against ticks, depending on the level of environmental challenge.

TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS

EFFIPRO^® SPRAY will be preferably applied every 4 to 8 weeks to treat flea infestation. Product persistence is shorter in cats because of their grooming behavior.

EFFIPRO^® SPRAY will be used every 4 weeks against tick infestation in both dogs and cats.

The minimum treatment interval is 4 weeks.

Puppies and kittens from 2 days of age may be safely treated.
