WHAT IS SUIGEN® PRDC?

SUIGEN® PRDC is a multivalent vaccine that effectively prevents complex respiratory diseases and diseases commonly associated with blue ear disease. At the same time, it helps increase pig herd productivity.

For the immunization of healthy piglets or sows against porcine respiratory disease complex (PRDC) after the administration of 2 injections.

 

KEY CHARACTERISTICS

Multivalent respiratory vaccine based on bacterins of a biomass of 10 pathogens: Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Haemophilus parasiusm Streptococcus suis and toxoids from Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, and Bordetella bronchiseptica.

  • Porcine enzootic pneumoniae
  • Atrophic rhinitis
  • Pneumonic pasteurellosic 
  • Glasser's disease
  • Porcine pleuropneumoniae

INGREDIENT

Each 1ml of vaccine against:

  1. Inactivated Bordetella bronchiseptica cells
  2. Inactivated Pasteurella multocida (type A) cells
  3. Inactivated Pasteurella multocida (type D) cells
  4. Inactivated Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (serotype 2) cells
  5. Inactivated Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (serotype 5) cells
  6. Inactivated Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae cells
  7. Inactivated Streptococcus suis (type 2) cells
  8. Haemophilus parasuis (serotype 1) cells are inactivated
  9. Inactivated Haemophilus parasuis (serotype 4) cells
  10. Inactivated Haemophilus parasuis (serotype 5) cells
  11. Inactivated necrotizing toxin of Bordetella bronchiseptica
  12. The outer membrane protein of Pasteurella multocida (type A) is inactivated
  13. The necrotic toxin of Pasteurella multocida (type D) is inactivated
  14. Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (serotype 2) toxin is inactivated
  15. Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (serotype 5) toxin is inactivated 

 

Adjuvant: 20% (10mg/ml) AL(OH)3; 3% ISA25

 

DOSAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1 single dose: 1.5 - 2ml depending on the stage of the pig, intramuscular injection. The best injection site is behind the ear.

Vaccine Schedule:

  • Pregnant sows: First injection: 2ml intramuscular injection at 5-6 weeks before giving birth. Second injection: 2ml intramuscular 2-3 weeks before birth.
  • PIglets: First injection: 1.5ml intramuscular injection at 3-4 weeks of age. Second injection: 1.5ml intramuscular injection at 5-6 weeks of age.
  • Large pigs: Inject 2ml intramuscularly, 2 times, 2 weeeks apart. Repeat vaccination every 6 months.

 

PRESERVE

  • Store product at 2°C to 8°C
  • Avoid sunlight and do not freeze
  • Use all vaccines within 2 hours after opening
